Our successfully implemented digitalisation projects come from the public transport sector, chambers of industry and commerce, development and state banks as well as standardisation and library services. These include platform projects with more than half a million users and over 60 connected services.

Together with the Chamber of Industry and Commerce, the goal of optimally mapping the processes in the subject and technical knowledge area in an integrated software system was efficiently achieved.

By using the CoreFrame, the new administration software "ELVIS" is able to react quickly and agilely to changing requirements in the process flow of the examination executions.

In cooperation with the working group "Musteraktenordnung", an existing desktop application was ported to a modern, client-capable web application. The data of 15 chambers of commerce and industry was automatically processed and successfully transferred to a new, digital model file management system - including a document management system connection.

For DIN-Software GmbH we are allowed to develop and maintain an individual search solution. More than 46,000 full texts of standards from all areas are indexed.

With our construction kit "SemRule" it is configuratively possible to adapt and further develop the automation pipeline for metadata extraction. Complex multi-column as well as multilingual documents can be evaluated in the best possible way.
Of course, this is complemented by a modern user-centric web-based search interface.

A few years ago, the city of Monheim am Rhein launched a digitization program with several projects. Here we accompany among other things in the following partial aspects:

- Replacement and new development of a bicycle rental app
- Definition of the IT architecture for the city's future digitization platform
- Replacement of the Monheim Pass system with an IAM service based on Keycloak
- Connection of the library as well as public transportation to the Monheim-Pass

SMF supports ODAV in the joint requirements analysis, the modularization of the software to be created for the audit applications, the creation of rough and detailed concepts, and the implementation of UI components and services.

Another part of the task is to advise ODAV on aspects of software architecture and technology deployment for the
development of a comprehensive and standardized technology stack. SMF has already successfully provided professional and technical support in the areas of auditing and the register of craftsmen.
